The location was very good and at the same time the staff was really accommodating and humble.

Everything was great. Huge, comfy bed, everywhere was spotless, lovely staff, beautiful decor, incredible breakfast, 10/10.

Great location! 5 min walk from central station. Bus stop and bus central station, are just outside the hotel. Good rooms and breakfast, great staff!! Check in staff was very helpful and super efficient. Always smiling!

Awesome helpful and friendly staff, especially Lina the breakfast manager, and Marcus at reception. Delicious breakfast with exceptional scrambled eggs. Historical building with interesting story. Water temperature and pressure don’t change when showering. Location is quiet with stunning views. Short walk to the tram stops and ferry. Parking was very convenient, safe and SEK80 per day. The Porter Pelle Pub and restaurant is just outside the front door. Highly recommend the fish soup which is more like a lobster bisque. Would definitely stay at Quality Hotel Waterfront whenever we visit Gothenburg.
