Stayed in the Residence Tunis twice during my trip. The staff treated me in a very special way from check-in to check-out. When returned for my second stay I was warmly welcomed, felt like home with family. Rooms are super clean, breakfast is delicious with variety of food. Beach bar was awesome with nice staff out there. I would definitely stay in this hotel when I'm back. Special Thanks to the following staff: (Concierge) Amin. (Reception) Nizar, Jalal, Hemdy, Safe and others. (Beach Bar) Nidhal. (Housekeeping) all of them were professional. (Indoor pool) Husain. (Restaurant) Fahmy, and all of colleagues were helpful and professional. Thank you guys and I look forward to seeing you soon.

The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

Small boutique hotel, cosy and comfortable. Nice interior, traditional style. Little rooftop to enjoy a little breeze or sunshine. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Location is also great, small cafes nearby, short walk to the beach area with lots of restaurants.

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite.The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.

We wanted a comfortable stay after a week of touring Tunisia and this place was perfect for it. Very relaxing atmosphere, located in a nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, promenade along the lake. A bit further though from the main sites in the city, but wasn't a problem to get short taxi rides everywhere. Mr Mehdi was very very helpful with everything.

A beautiful Dar in the centre of Sidi Bou Said located on a quiet but accessible side street just metres from the action. The property was beautiful and would be great value for money for up to 4 people. I stayed myself but was still worth it! I was blown away by the traditional architecture and style of the property. Unfortunately I could only stay 2 nights, I’d loved to have stayed longer. The host was very hospitable and helped me arranging payment as you cannot yet pay by credit card. I didn’t have a car, but they offered me free parking pass at the car park nearby.

    The property is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to relax. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is also amazing, do not miss the chance to have a massage session! Moreover I have to say that the concierge organised all the tours for us and made our stay even better. The outdoor pool and the pool bar are also lovely.
