Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Kaohsiung rail main station and HSR station are along the same MRT line.

This is an incredible property with stunning facilities. The highlight is the pool and leisure facility. On par with Japanese Onsens.
