Very warm welcome before we even checked in, there was luggage assistance, chocolates offered and refreshment drink at the reception. The receptionist was very professional. There was no hassle during check-in, and she was kind enough to give us options to choose a suitable room. The beds are comfy, clean and views from the room balcony are spectacular!. The housekeeper was kind and provided all we needed. The breakfast buffet had quite a number of selections from hot dishes to pasries, fruits, and live cooking station, the restaurant staff are kind and professional too. The pool area is well maintained and not crowded. Green side hotel exceeded my expectations, and their value for guest is top-notch!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fun Retreat Resort and wanted to share my fantastic experience. The resort offered a perfect blend of relaxation, wellness, and family-friendly activities. The Ayurveda SPA was a true highlight of my stay. The skilled therapists and tranquil ambiance provided a rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized. The resort's commitment to family-friendly experiences was evident in the array of activities for kids. My children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and it added an extra layer of joy to our stay. The cottage provided a clean and comfortable retreat. The interiors were tastefully designed, and the amenities ensured a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.The pool was not only inviting but also impeccably clean. It was a great spot to unwind, and the well-maintained surroundings added to the overall appeal. Our dining Experience were amazing, both dinner and breakfast surpassed my expectations. The variety and quality of the food were commendable, and the dining experience was enhanced by attentive service. In summary, my stay at Fun Retreat Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of wellness, family activities, comfortable accommodations, and delightful dining options made it a memorable getaway. This is nothing but a shabby budget hotel. It has a grand entrance but that's about it. We stayed in a, so called 'superior' room which was shabby at best. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no shower curtain, so the shower water went all over the bathroom floor. The first morning my wife had a hot shower, but mine was cold. They'd obviously run out of hot water. The bath had an uneven horrible thick layer of filler spread over the joint  between the bath and the wall. The bedroom windows didn't close properly. The breakfast was uninspiring, but the freshly made Spanish omelette was ok. The receptionist made an appointment for us to see their resident tour operator. We spent half an hour with him. he said he'd get back to us with Safari information and we never heard from him again. A complete waste of our time.  We paid $130.00 a night for this 'superior' room, which, as I have already said, was a shabby budget room at best.
