Good breakfast, friendly staff and the facilities are okay. I liked that there was free bottled water and fruits to pick from. It was also quiet and serene to read something here.

• The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and elegant modern design throughout the building. • The staff were impeccably trained and professional — a real highlight of our stay. • I greatly appreciated the early check-in, which I had requested in advance and was honored without any issue. • There was also a thoughtful surprise in the room for my wife and daughter, which I had asked for — again, a big plus that my request was fulfilled. • We didn’t bring our own toothbrushes, and the hotel promptly provided them upon request. • Speaking of amenities: the quality of toiletries, toothbrushes, and other room supplies was exceptional — easily the best I’ve encountered in any U.S. hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful location. Jolynn helped me with a very smooth check-in and check-out. All the staff here is very friendly. They also offer a good range of selections in their complementary breakfast. The free airport shuttle can be availed easily by informing the reception desk. The hotel is located at a 5-min ride from the airport, and conveyance to Vancouver and Downtown Portland is easily available. They also have a large parking available at a nominal price. All in all, it was quite a comfortable experience and I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit Portland.

Brand new and comfortable hotel with everything you need. Close to huge shopping mall in a quiet and safe suburb of Portland. Safe parking was a plus, as we had a car full of stuff and did not feel like parking on the street in downtown Portland. Beds were high and a little hard to climb into for two old fogies but extremely comfortable.

This was a last minute hotel booking and we were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful from reception, to the porter, to the maintenance staff poolside. The amenities were excellent and rooms, spacious and clean. The location is perfect and very close to the airport, and is pretty central.
