this place is amazing! the location is super sweet. the staff is really really nice and accommodating. and the rooms, ooh the rooms they’re just bloody amazing. we got to see a few and o m g. you find small new details everywhere you look, the detailing is just bloody awesome. we stayed jn the 420 and it was everything, absolutely loved it. the welcome gift was spot on also. and breakfast is included and was the best waffle if my life.

The hotel is located up one of the two main streets in Idyllwild and easily walkable to all places in town. Big terrace, library and cozy common areas with mountain view, minigolf, sauna and parking incl 1 x EV charging complimentary. Breakfast was thoughtful and good quality options of fruits, jogurth, several jelly’s and different bagels to choose from. Michelle who welcomed us was incredibly friendly and kind and stayed after hours to show us around. Rooms are beautiful, spacious, beds are comfortable, bath and showers are well equipped. Can highly recommend to stay there!

We LOVED our suite at the Cactai! Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was so peaceful. Whole place is like a mini getaway place where you can relax and and have fun. We booked this place for our anniversary i called the property to make something special with the room. Once we arrived the place was decorated with flowers and balloons also with a bottle of champagne. Room was clean. We will definitely come back.

Super clean, super cute, super friendly staff! Loved all the little touches like the welcome bag and the morning breakfast basket. The huge hot tub and deep pool were also a massive plus. We also weren’t expecting a private outdoor patio!! Honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed. All of the staff are so lovely. The property was so clean. Amazing!

    Location was great, as expected. Very close to town and easy to find. Check in was simple, even though we got in late on the first night. The hot tub was a great added feature and we were glad it was clean and set up for us upon arrival.

    Love the place. Great amenities in room. Very clean. Bonus on the hot tub/jacuzzi. Place was atad too expensive. $440 one night and $360 on Monday. This is Before taxes. But place did not disappoint and had breakfast that closed later than other spots to allow a little sleep in
