Very modern decor - very clean and comfortable. The room was larger than most similar rooms I've booked. The bed was also larger and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the overall welcoming look and feel. Exceptionally clean - great for germophobes like myself!

I liked the location, there were, stores,gas stations, and food near. The highway is super close by. I didn't eat the breakfast, but the breakfast area looked nice. The room a/c worked great.

    The room was very clean and comfortable and seemed like it had new furniture and carpeting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating area with a fire pit .

    Great location and easy to get to, staff was friendly and helpful. We actually had a minor issue that we called the front desk about once we were in our room- the TV had a small defect but it was very noticeable while watching it- and the staff immediately offered us a different room and made that transition very easy. The gym is available 24hrs as should be -and the equipment is new and fun to use. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub

    We always stay at the Hyatt in canton. Everyone is always so nice. Breakfast is good. Hot tub is nice. Beds are comfy and always super clean.

    Excellent coffee offerings in the morning and bar offerings at night. Friendly service, Mel (shuttle driver) was fantastic. Great location, close to everything and easy to find. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Clean room!

    The closeness to the HOF was great, just a few short minutes. The rooms were a good size and the pool and hot tub were also good. Pool wasn't overly cold.
