Superb location, walking distance to all historical spots, bar streets and train street. Grand boutique hotel in the old French quarter. Hotel food was excellent especially breakfast. Ate only once in the western restaurant as tried local food outside. Roof top bar great and 3 hour happy hour.

The property is very nice and clean. The location is very central. Breakfast also very good as well as the staff. It happened that one our T-shirt was lost during washing service and they gave all the best to find it. They didn't found it before our departere but insisted to puy us taxi to the airport as an apology. I really appriciate their effort.

Lovely guest experience staff. Huyun was just amazing from getgo as she helped a lot with the logistics bookings - airport transfers, Hanoi to Sapa bus and train tickets, weather prep, activities for kids and always checking in to see if we cathlch the bus/train etc. Very attentive team! Love the location too as it is just 100m away from the train street, 7mins walk to the beautiful lake, night market, lotsa lotsa chic cafes, a good 15min walk to most attractions such as Hoa Lo Prison, Mauseleum, Train station and Masjid Al Noor and the halal food enclave surrounding the mosque. Room size is huge and it fits all 5 of us - 1 kind bed and 3 single beds. Toilet and shower are combined and of good size. Warm shower works well and room heating too. We got a room with a nice small balcony facing the main street. Conveniently location as there are cafes, barber, spa right along the street but good that it wasnt noisy at night.
