May and her family were the perfect hosts. Cao’s and his wife’s cooking was amazing, very tasty, clean and fresh food, plus it was such a lovely experience eating together with the family. The bungalow was so cozy and very clean and in a perfect location away from the madness of Sapa. Trekking with May was a lot of fun, walking to the waterfalls and the bamboo forest, the views along the way were breathtaking. The herbal baths were much welcomed and a slice of luxury on a rainy day. Overall we loved the three nights we spent here and would love to come back..

Loved the location, amazing views and very peaceful. Room was large and spacious and well lit. The family host was amazing and incredibly friendly. Breakfast and dinner were different every day and cooked with fresh ingredients (I think many vegetables were grown on site)! I prolonged my stay and would visit again without a doubt. I felt very welcome and peaceful here.

Quiet neighbourhood in Sapa. Nice outlook when the clouds clear. The house was spacious more so than the pictures suggest. It's clean comfortable and modern. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality. Easy communication via whatsapp during the stay. It's a couple of km from the city centre which we liked, as the city centre is hectic, but you may need to rely on transport in and out of town centre. Motorbike or taxi etc.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff on reception were so helpful from the moment we arrived, particularly Lala who was brilliant and helped us book everything we needed. The spa treatment was wonderful and well worth it - we returned twice. The staff there were great. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

All are good services here. Very helpful front desk 林兒 is always do me a favor about my stay and trip to Fansipan mountain. And arrange of the ticket for me. By the way the massage and the sauna are good here. The room is super clean . Also can use to YouTube and Netflix on the TV.👍 And the breakfast always delicious every morning . We had a wonderful stay in Sapa thanks to the amazing staff of Hotel Praha. We went hiking into the mountains and came back every time, it became literally home away from home. They took excellent care of all our needs and were incredibly generous of their time and attention. My daughter even had a totally unforgettable birthday dinner thanks to all the Praha team. We highly recommend them all.
