It’s rare to find a luxury hotel that delivers such high-end service and ambiance while still offering great value for money. The breakfast was absolutely to die for, and the service was excellent. Everything about our stay was amazing. They even gave us free branded beach bags and hats to take home—such a nice touch! Wow! I’ll definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10!

The front desk staff are hands down the best I’ve experienced - and a very special thank you to Hashir, Rehan, Charles and Mahmoud for always going above and beyond. Room service staff are always a pleasure to deal with, as is housekeeping. Though the rates are higher than desirable, it is worth staying here. Personally, I’ve stayed here for 2 months and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else’s in Dubai

I really liked the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel building is new and impressively better than the photos on Booking. The staff—Raghda, Abdelaal, Abraam, Balram, and Rekha—were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attention to detail made a significant difference in our stay. The manager, Mustafa, was always prompt and attentive, addressing our requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. It truly offers a wonderful experience!
