The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, no matter where—at the bar, during breakfast, at the spa, and just in general. They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

A very special thank you goes to Mina hanım and Shams, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly special. Mina hanım even arranged a massage therapist for us at the last minute, which was an incredible surprise and exactly what we needed before our big day. They prepared everything for us at the spa, and on our wedding day they surprised us with a beautiful gesture – a platter of fresh fruits and plenty of water delivered to our room. Every aspect of the hotel was spotless and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no noise at all, and the service was simply 10 out of 10. Even after our checkout, the hotel generously allowed us to spend a few extra hours enjoying the pool. The location is also fantastic – close to the beach and just a short distance from the restaurant where we celebrated our wedding. My husband is Spanish, and even he was amazed by the level of care and service we received. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, comfort, and location makes this hotel a true gem in Baku. We were so impressed that we promised ourselves to return every year for our wedding anniversary and spend a few days here again. There is simply no other place that matches this quality at such a reasonable price. Located on the 16th floor, the leisure centre offers a Technogym fitness studio, sauna, Turkish hamam, oversized hot tubs and a relaxation area. The hotel was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly , the room was clean and comfortable and the choice of breakfast was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, this was our third visit to Baku in the last 9 months and this hotel outshone the other ( more expensive ) hotels. We will stay here on our next visit.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were super welcoming, nice and helpful. I couldn’t enjoy my stay more than I did. And the location is excellent, it’s near most of the landmarks.

The location is perfect — close to everything but still in a quiet and safe area. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Baku — we’d love to come back!
