Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the decorative pillows to the staff uniforms. The staff were super nice and you could feel they truly understood and embraced the concept of this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with dinners served à la carte and a different theme each evening. We enjoyed live music on Wednesday, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe. The beach, just below the hotel, offered comfortable beach beds and attentive lifeguards. The restaurant and pool both boasted stunning views, and our room treated us to breathtaking sunrises. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. We were also among the few foreign guests, which made our experience even more special. It was an authentic Bulgarian stay, yet delivered with a global level of hospitality and comfort. This place is truly a hidden gem — cherished by locals and a delightful discovery for travellers.

We really appreciate cleaning lady, who was really cheerful and kind, our room was always clean. The girls at the bar were also very kind to us! The pool and garden were amazing! Near the hotel is big amount of shops and restaurants. Bus station is 3 minutes by foot, the beach is about 10. We will miss this place and Lori 😉❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

We started the season with some "A la carte" and then got a full buffet with really good pancakes and waffles. The spa area is really nice, gym as well and everything looks new and clean. Staff is lovely, efficient and welcoming.

We were at Sweet Homes 3, as we requested at reservation. It is located around 800m from the coast and, in contrast to the hotel, its nearest town surrounding is not too pretty. However, the hotel itself is really an amazing object with very nice & polite service (best to communicate in Bulgarian or Russian languages). Apartment was beautiful, clean and available for us even before the regular check-in hour. It was equipped with air-conditioner (only in living room), 2 TVs (1 in bedroom), fridge, electric stove and a set of pots, dishes & cutlery (no microwave, toaster or oven). Bathroom has a shower cabin, WC, sink & washing machine (no bidet). Bedroom bed was large and quite comfortable (very soft mattresses), the pull-out couch in the living room was nice but too short for grownups - our kids liked it though :) On the balcony, reachable from both rooms, there was a small table, 2 chairs & a foldable clothing dryer. Outdoor swimming pool (illuminated in evenings) is large, equipped with jacuzzi streams and divided in 3 sections with different depths. It is surrounded with many useful facilities: shower, plenty various sunbeds with umbrellas, benches, tables with chairs, playground, grill area and more. Everything well maintained and covered with flowers. Sweet Homes 3 is a pearl of Sunny Beach :)
