The hotel rooms and it's amenities are beyond expectations. The hotel has activities for adults and kids all day long and at evening as well. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and other services. The food was great too and the staff was super supporting and accommodating during our stay. Me and kids had a blast and can't wait to come back!

The staff are an 11 out of 10. They are all exceptional. We were very surprised, They are incredibly great at service and very friendly. English, Bulgarian, and Italian are spoken with skill.

Excellent place in the middle of nature, a 10-minute drive from a ski resort. In a very quiet environment. In our large apartment with 3 rooms we hosted the family for dinner. An ideal place for a vacation. We came with cars but the hotel's transfer is very accessible and recommended. We would love to come back

A great and very inviting area within the hotel is the tavern with its open fireplace, where you can taste dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisines. For your morning or afternoon tea or coffee there is a beautiful winter garden. Very tasty food and good service, not far from the center
