Le Randolins Familienresort est situé en bordure de Sankt Moritz, dans la région des Grisons, à seulement 300 mètres du télésiège le plus proche du domaine skiable de Corviglia et d'une école de ski. The view during breakfast was beautifull. Dishes in the restaurant were delicious.

I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

The staff was very polite. The rooms were spacious enough. The food was good and not too expensive.

Situé dans le centre de Pontresina, l'Hotel Allegra 3 Stern Superior est directement relié au spa Bellavita, qui comporte des piscines intérieure et extérieure. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.
