We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

The exclusive 5,500 m² Victoria Jungfrau Spa is equipped with 2 pools (outside and inside), a sauna, and a steam room, Fitness, sports, and health coaching are also offered. Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking chalet has a sauna. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

I had to turn it off as I was sweating in the room while outside temperature was freezing! The free parking space is great if you travel by car.

The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals.
