They helped us with everything we needed. They can provide support by booking tours and transportation. The house is uphill so to arrive by taxi is recommended.

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.
