The building is a piece of history in itself but adding to that the staff and facilities are fabulous. The genuine care from Piere and his team is beyond words, I think the feelings they give out attracts that type of person to the hostel aswell. I was genuinely upset leaving.

Highly recommend staying here if visiting Frutillar and region.

And staying in Ensenada was much better compared to other places such as Puerto Varas as the driving was easier and the main attractions were much closer as well. And their two lovely pets - Toto and Joya make it even more wonderful. Would highly recommend

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. Very nice and good mantained place. Quiet at night. Comfy bed.

A clean, simply but comfortably furnished cabin with spectacular views over the lake. Our host Cristian thought of everything, even laying out kindling in the wood stove so it was ready to be lit when the evening turned cool. Comfortable and firm beds, great water pressure, well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in two different cabins — one had a washing machine which was very handy.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. Fantastic property in a peaceful oasis. I arrived very late and the owner was very helpful. Excellent comminication throughout. The breakfast is lovely and the attention to detail in the property to a high standard. My only regret is I could not stay longer to make use of the property. Well done!

The layout is thoughtfully designed with accessible spaces. The heating was very effective and created a cozy atmosphere. The hot tub is a great feature. One of my favourite places in Chile.

The accommodation features a hot tub and a spa bath. The Place was beautiful and clean. The cabin was in the middle of the forest next to the river. Very comfortable! The host has been very nice to us. We had some issues with our car and he helped us a lot!

Hotel AWA also features a spa, where guests can relax while receiving massage therapies and treatments, all available at a surcharge. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.
