The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me. Any request was completed and they were always ready to help or find someone who could. Very good location near to metro and landmarks. Hotel pool and spa facilities were amazing too.

The best thing, apart from the really interesting location, room comfort and the food was the front desk ladies - they made our holiday truly a Chinese experience - they were great ambassadors for their country - helped with bookings, transport and had great advice to make the most of the attractions. Every recommendation made by them was gold - from choice of restaurants, bars and sights - and came with good instructions in English on how to get there.

It's a top class hotel, nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade when we arrived and the room was really nice. The view was spectacular from the 22nd floor facing the CCTV building. The buffet restaurant had a really good selection of food, and even had a malatang station (you select meat and veges and a chef cooks it for you). The hotel is above a really large mall, but it's all fancy expensive stuff. There is a really fancy chocolate shop maybe 4 times more expensive than NZ! The mall leads directly to a train station, which was very convenient for getting around.

Hotel is recently refurbished, hence it feels so new and beautiful. Perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and amenities. We will definitely stay in this hotel the next time we are back in Beijing.
