Good location, good ambience, very friendly staff. As i am non Chinese speaker, they helped me a lot in finding my lost luggage and talked with the respective authorities on my behalf to find them finally. Thanks heaps for that.

Hôte très accueillante et aux petits soins avec nous, elle s'est rendue très disponible pour nous aider dans notre séjour. Le service de restauration du matin et du soir est également superbe. Le logement est situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud, l'emplacement est au calme et paisible. Nous recommandons vivement !

L’établissement Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain est situé à 32 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Parc forestier national de Zhangjiajie. Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was really nice and tasty :)

The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

Hotel staffs and the boss were super friendly. Easy to communicate. They helped us to go on tours for booking tickets as well as guiding us all the time.

Entouré de végétation, le No.5 Valley Inn se trouve à 2 km de la porte ouest (billetterie de Yangjiajie) du parc forestier national de Zhangjiajie. Superbe hotel, avec un personnel très à l'écoute et disponible. La chambre est comfortable également. La piscine exterieur chauffée était la bienvenue après un long parcours dans le parc national de Zhengjiajie qui est situé à quelques minutes seulement en voiture (Le propriétaire de l'hotel prend sa voiture pour vous y conduire à l'heure que vous souhaitez).

Notre petit-déjeuner : une table gourmande et variée qui mérite ses étoiles. Le personnel allie professionnalisme et bienveillance — une vraie touche française. Une expérience sans faille, à recommander sans réserve.

Situé à Zhangjiajie, l’établissement Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian & Tianmen National Forest Park Store possède un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et un restaurant. A wonderful, charming, family-owned accommodation. We stayed in the King Room (or King Deluxe Room — they look the same online) and the room was big, spotless, cozy, had a huge bed, and a beautiful view overlooking the river — a perfect place to relax after exploring the Zhangjiajie area. Our host Xiao Zhang and her partner were absolutely amazing — Xiao Zhang was so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although we mostly communicated through a translator app, we had great conversations with her about China, Australia, and our lives. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to us on WeChat if we had questions when out and about. She helped us plan our days at Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain, and alleviated our stress by purchasing our tickets for us at both locations, giving us advice and local tips that made our visits much smoother. The breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared by her and her partner. The accommodation also offers free use of the washing machines, detergent, and dryer (machines are washer/dryer combos), which was such a convenient bonus after a few days of hiking. We truly felt at home here and are so grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie — you will be well taken care of!

Un séjour inoubliable ! Nous avons rarement été aussi bien accueillis que dans cet hôtel. David (Liu) et toute son équipe sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Bien que nous soyons arrivés tard, David a organisé notre transfert depuis la gare et s’est occupé de tout : billets d’entrée pour le parc national de Zhangjiajie, pour le Mont Tianmen, ainsi que les déposes à chaque entrée de parc. Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été d’une grande simplicité et sans souci. Nous recommandons également le spectacle Charming Xiangxi à Zhangjiajie : absolument magnifique ! Un véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel et son équipe si chaleureuse et attachante. Nous reviendrons !
