The delicacy of the decoration and confort of the rooms is a perfect combo to relax in a nice place. The weather was just raining all day in Salento during my 3 days. The rooms were cosy and confortable which was great to just open the window and read the book in the bed. You have a 30-minutes massage for welcome gift! Breakfast is qualitative, fresh and quantitative. The hotel is located in a quite street on the side of the town, however only 2 minutes walk from the Main Street. Location is very great, just off the highway and near the Armenia airport. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

I was very surprised to see how elegant the hotel is and the hot-tub and steam baths they have. Great and very generous breakfast. Very calm, a bit outside the hyper-centre but located at walkable distance from everything. It was very charming and comfortable. The backyard, the room itself, the entrance hall, everything is very tastefully and nicely decorated and invites you to spend a god restful time at the hotel.

Situé à Montenegro, l’établissement El Percal Hacienda Hotel comprend une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse et un restaurant. Endroit merveilleux et idyllique. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant, typique des habitants du Quindío. Situé dans un décor magnifique, digne d’un lieu féerique. J’y suis allé avec ma famille pour une nuit, mais je serais volontiers resté plus longtemps si j’en avais eu le temps. Très proche du Parc du Café.

I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

We booked spontaneously and were so glad we did, we had the best stay here. The staff was kind and helpful, and the glamping site itself was amazing. We had a little garden area to ourselves, with a fire pit, bathtub, bathroom + shower, net to relax in, and the tent. Inside, the temperature was very comfortable, they had AC and a fan, everything was clean, and there was free water and coffee. They also bring breakfast to your tent in the morning, and dinner as well if you book it. We had no problems with anything and greatly enjoyed our stay, it felt luxurious but still connected to nature.
