If you want to stay near Arenal and explore the rainforests around the volcano, this is the place to go and stay. Views are out of this world and accomodations are great. Loved their focus on sustainability and eco-tourism. We stayed for three nights but could easily have spent a week.

The accomodations are 'tents' but very comfortable. Daily breakfast was very good. Generally, continental, but you are offered scrambled or fried eggs cooked to order. Pool area is very nice. Beautiful grounds.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was stand-alone, with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Everything was very clean, and the reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. We frequently walked to the centre which took about 20 minutes.

My husband owns an construction company and he was really amazed by chic and smart construction and detailed facilities. Wood, stone, glass ... nature in the nature. Also the surroundings, pools, restaurants (food was really delicious, thanks all of the staff), meditation area, wow. This is hotel type "must to come back". I wish, I want and hope it will not rain because this was the only thing I would like to change during our stay to be able to walk in the hotel forest trails. But this is also Cost Rica - rain and forest. Thank you ♥

The chocolate tour was great and the nature around really is beautiful. We would have loved to stay more.
