Staff was amazing, truly wanted to make us comfortable. One of the big reasons we went with this hotel was the availability of the free bikes- which unfortunately kept breaking down. But they went out of their way to fix them for us. We also appreciate the do it-yourself laundry available, and the clean pool to cool off in, during the late afternoon when it’s really hot. The air conditioning worked really well and the location is great; as it is not in the middle of the downtown hustle and bustle. Very close to the national park - we biked there three times! Nice restaurant - Reggae’s - very close. Easy access to stretch of black sand beach that was not full of tourists. We spotted all kinds of tropical birds in the property and a sloth right across the street.

Hotel El Colibri Rojo - Cabinas - Le Colibri Rouge est un Bed & Breakfast situé à 3 km du centre de Cahuita et à 300 mètres de son parc national. The accommodation was delightful. I especially enjoyed the lovely pool, well-equipped shared kitchen, and inviting areas to relax. The hosts were truly fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful.
