The property has a big terrace that can be shared between other guests. There is a washing machine, sauna and whirlpool, and can be used by all guests. The whirlpool is outside on the terrace. The host greeted us upon our arrival so the check-in process was super smooth. The apartment was nice, clean, and spacious with an equipped kitchen. Parking at the property. Short walk to the nearest bus stop from which you can go to S-bahn and then anywhere you want. The areal has a playground and pool and it is next to the lake. We liked the nice quite location with easy parking and connection to the center by public transport.

I was a little skeptical when I first realized this is primarily a gym/spa and a hotel second. That said, I can honestly say I’ve never worked out as regularly on a business trip! Got a solid workout in every day!

Guests can enjoy natural plants and attentive spa treatments in a soundproofed area free of traffic noise. Not my first time in this hotel. Great value for money. Nice staff, good spa, comfy bed and cozy design. Highly recommended.

Surrounded by the stylish boutiques of the Charlottenburg district, Hotel Augusta has colourful rooms and suites with satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and a minibar. They have an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very inviting and comfortable. The location was perfect. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very attentive. It all made for a perfect relaxing holiday. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends when they choose to visit Berlin especially Room 30
