The breakfast spread was really good. The hotel was very clean and well-furnished. The bed was very comfy. I am a very light sleeper but I had no issues as it was quiet and it is on a quiet street. The blackout curtains were also great. The spa was nice too although the lone lift to the spa sometimes took too long. Location is excellent, walking distance to old town and about 10 min drive from the airport.

The on-site boutique spa has 2 saunas, spa bath, children’s pool, an outdoor pool (closed during winter) and a range of treatment rooms. Guests can also enjoy the spa bar. For an extra charge, access to Silent SPA grants 3 saunas, a salt pool and a foot bath in addition to spa facilities. I liked to feel that children are welcome! There was a play room for kids, and the spa was also working really well for little ones! The breakfast was very good with a lot of options! The bedroom was big, comfortable and well designed. Nice to have a balcony with the view on the outdoor pool!

The property is a 15-minute walk from a sandy beach. Lots of room in our suite with 3 couches and many chairs and a nice wall mounted TV.. Very comfortable and homey. Nice new bathroom. Nice breakfast.

Great breakfast, wonderful staff. Great parking option right next to the Old Town entrance.

The restaurant serves international dishes and a breakfast buffet is available in the morning. We were staying 3 nights at the Palace Hotel in Tallinn and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is easily reached from the airport by bus number 2, we just had to cross the road and the hotel was right there. Check in was super fast, staff is very friendly and helpful in every department (reception, breakfast, bar) We had our room on the 7th floor with roof windows. It had the perfect size for us, bathroom was super big. All very clean. Location is just perfect, being on the edge of the city center, walking distance to the main attractions. One of our high lights was the breakfast - insanely huge choice of different produce and all very delicious with nice presentation. Another highlight to mention was the SPA area. We had a good swim and warm up after a cold day outside :). Over all we are very happy to have chosen the Palace Hotel. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable.

We were upgraded to a junior suite without any extra fees. Customer service was impeccable. We will be coming back here whenever possible!
