The staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception guy Ahmed Eid he was very kind and helpful 😁 the room was big and clean plus it has a wonderful view to the pools and the sea . I recommend everyone to go and try this hotel . This was my first time and it wont be the last.

In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

The facilites are perfectly maintained. This is my eight trip to Marsa Alam and this hotel has been the best so far. Well done all of you and especially the great gala night for christmas. Great memories have been made.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. I went with 3 kids and they had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back if I visit the city again.

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The fact that we had a butler to help and arrange everything. Mohamed was fantastic for us. We could contact him all the time and de would respond directly even in the middle of the night.

The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. great stay at the Bellagio hotel! Very nice, big and fresh room, regular cleaning. The staff helped and took care of us. The restaurant has a good choice of food and it's delicious. big pool, comfortable temperature in November. we will definitely come back here with the whole family
