Lovely aparthotel in a great location, super clean with a sea view. 2 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and we will be back again.

This villa also features a heated pool. Guests can access the villa via private entrance. We had an absolutely amazing time at New Lanzasuites – it was pure relaxation from start to finish! The welcome pack was such a thoughtful touch, including ham, cheese, milk, tea, coffee, beer, and soft drinks – a lovely way to begin our stay. The villa was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning and fans to keep us cool. The private patio area was a standout feature, complete with a BBQ and an outdoor shower, which we loved. Although we didn’t use them, the beach chairs, parasol, and cool box provided for outings were a very convenient addition. The pool and hot tub were spotless and inviting, surrounded by comfortable day beds and beautifully maintained gardens. The location was perfect, with supermarkets close by, the beach just a 10-minute walk away, and bars and restaurants only 20 minutes on foot. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The cleanliness was of an exceptionally high standard, and the staff were amazing and accommodating throughout our stay. A special touch was the birthday gift of a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates – such a thoughtful gesture that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The hotel was great, clean, quiet, respectful, everything seemed completely new

This place is awesome, everything you need is available and you can feel like home :) You can use swimming pool and jacuzzi and barbecue :) The owner iż really nice and do very helpful. We were with 9months old and we could stay longer on our deprature day cause we had late flight and we appreciate it very much Location is great as well, near the restaurants, market and beautiful beach. Surely i would like to come back there :)

Set in Puerto del Carmen, Hotel Lava Beach offers 5-star accommodation with a fitness centre, a garden and a terrace. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The tour desk is available to assist guests in planning their days out. Lovely decor, clean sleek lines , spacious rooms with great bathrooms, lovely balcony and all really well maintained. We were there mid December and never a problem for beds at the pool or never queues at the buffet. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and ran until 11am which was great, especially if you wanted to get in a yoga or Pilates class before breakfast. One of our main criteria in booking were the spa and fitness classes all included and it didn’t disappoint. There were 3 classes each morning running from 9am - yoga, aerial yoga or Pilates first two session then followed by aqua fit in the pool and then usually stretching/ yoga options also late afternoon - all really well run and never overcrowded- although with only 6 places for aerial yoga it was sometimes oversubscribed , but never an issue as you could follow similar poses on the ground 😉. Spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room - not the biggest but again we were mostly the only ones there. Jacuzzi and bubble beds were located outside and were a bitty chilly due to the time of year. Staff were lovely and always helpful. All in all a fabulous hotel, we would go back !

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The Place we had was a little apartment with a small garden and private jacuzzi. The host Monica was very welcoming and sweet. She prepared a fresh cake which was lovely! We even had some fruits and milk in the fridge. The views were amazing. You definitely need a car to go to the center and visit other places on the island. On our last day we left in the evening so she offered to switch to an other place in the morning so we could enjoy our last beach day. This was absolutely amazing!! Only feedback we would have that a second pair of sheets and towels would have been great. Otherwise perfect. Absolutely recommending!! Thank you for everything :)
