Skiing, windsurfing and diving are possible within the area, and the accommodation offers water sports facilities. Everthing was great from the location, the cleanliness and the exceptional breakfast. Darling rooms and beautiful views. But the most important thing to note was that Bernard and Ta were incredibly helpful and friendly! They went well above our expectations in arranging outings, bike reservations and dinner of course. This may be my favorite hotel. Everything was perfect - beautiful property, comfortable and spacious room, lovely pool and spa, incredible buffet breakfast overlooking the lake, very kind staff, 2 min walk to the beach. It was a bit of a splurge for us but worth it!

The apartments feature a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and lake. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and the private bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. The owners made sure that they had thought of everything. They were VERY PLEASANT and helpful. The place (AND VIEW) was beautiful.

The restaurant at Le Cottage Bise serves gastronomic cuisine, which can be enjoyed on the shaded terrace. Guests can choose between an à la carte menu or a half-board tariff. The hotel also offers a bar serving cocktails and a lounge area to relax in. A continental buffet breakfast is served every morning. Fantastic hotel. Amenities good, staff brilliant, breakfast very good with excellent coffee. The location is perfect (ok, it was a very sunny weekend in September) for walks, swims and dinning in the village.

The hotel features a grand gallery and its own pontoon with a private hotel boat. There is also a beauty centre offering relaxation and beauty treatments. This place has views unlike any other hotel! It was one of the most lovely and whimsical places I’ve ever stayed. Behind the hotel is a beautiful mountain which seems to always have paragliding happening. The other side is the beautiful lake where you can sit on chairs right next to the water while you eat and drink wine. The character and history of the building was beautiful. The staff was excellent, especially the waiters and waitresses. I am vegan and my boyfriend vegetarian, they were more than happy to make us amazing meals! There is a plant based menu for dinner as well which we were so happy to see. The food is wonderful and beautifully presented. They have a nice parking lot for people who drive there and have bikes you can rent which I highly recommend. We will definitely try to return soon!
