The property is great, enough for a couple with a large bedroom, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There’s even a laundry machine outside you can use. The outdoor sitting area is also great to relax in the early morning, afternoon and evening when it’s not sunny! Location wise despite having to go up a few stairs, it’s perfect as you are just a few minutes from the supermarket and main area in Vathy. Communication with the host is also super direct.

Wonderful hosts and a very lovely house, just a 20 minute walk into the idyllic village of Kioni. The AC in the bedrooms works amazingly well and the jacuzzi baths are a great feature. Washing machine is great and in summer months the clean laundry dries in just a few minutes!

Great location just a few minutes walk from town centre. Super spacious and private room with a nice outdoor area to eat and relax in the sunshine.

Cool, comfortable space with nice outdoor patio to eat meals and relax in the sun. Really thoughtful hospitality, providing food and snacks as well as kitchen essentials on our arrival. Exceptionally clean and Christina was an especially kind and attentive host.

The views, the space , the welcome , the peace, the surrounding . Near enough to Vathi to enjoy the area and return to the relaxing accommodation. Mr Makis ensures all is well each day. Highly recommend this accommodation

The location is unbeatable. Views from our first floor apartment fabulous. The apartment itself has an awesome feel and quite spacious. Lounge was a little uncomfortable if you wanted to relax and the kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils but we managed. I would stay here again despite these very small issues. The manager went above and beyond to help us find accommodation when our booking ran out and we wanted to stay longer but no rooms left. Ria was so helpful.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (bathroom, kitchen space with coffee, tea and necessities, bathroom with toiletries) a lovely balcony with a great view. The only negative I would mention would be the beds were slightly uncomfortable. However, with good air-conditioning and everything else being good, we still managed a good sleep.

Everything: great location, great views, clean space, nice decoration. You will find that the appartment has everything you need to make you feel like home: all the needed utensiles in the kitchen, bathroom, and for the room, you even have place to wash clothes. Also they have prepared outdoor spaces to eat for the day and for the night to ensure you are covered from the sun. Adamantia is the best host ever, she is kind and respectful. She makes you feel really welcomed and like at home. We are looking forward to come back!
