For your comfort, you will find bath robes, free toiletries and a hair dryer. Absolutely everything was great! The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very very well looked after for its age, nothing falling apart and everything works. Nice and quiet for the area. So disappointed we've never stayed with them before. Suites and villas offer a hot tub with ocean views. The ocean view pool villa felt like a dream ! one of the most beautiful rooms I stayed in. Breakfast was delicious, so many options, fresh products .. The staff is so polite and helpful ! I even had a misunderstanding regarding the complimentary photo shoot and the hotel gave me additional free photos which I highly appreciated ! Location is also great, we walked around and everything was really close. Totally worth the price !

Stuff was extremely helpfully. Breakfast was prepared in our room special for us. Very impressive and delicious!

Smart home, all connected to google. But best of all are the staffs. They're genuinely care about your stay and your comfort. They're even better than a lot of staffs at 5 star hotels. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation features amenities such as an on-site business centre, sauna and hot tub. Several amenities, the roof was fabulous, the gym was good with a decent number of equipment. The pillows were very comfortable and they have pillow menu and the loft was designed nicely. The staff are the nicest people, which is not strange in Bali. very nice location. I will definitely come back.

Breakfast started every day at 7am but I was off the property before that time. The kitchen was open so I did enjoy some fruit or juice before I would go.
