Although the hotel is not centrally located they offer a free shuttle to and from Naples city center. Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

Our room was spacious and cozy, providing all the comfort we needed after exploring the area. The location is superb, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the private tour they offered. While it's possible to explore the area and its surrounding (such as Positano, Sorrento, etc.) independently, having a knowledgeable local guide made a huge difference. Felice (our guide/the owner) was able to give us insider tips and tailored the experience to our preferences, allowing us to set our own pace and visit places based on his recommendations. It was truly special and far better than a standard, timed tour. The warmth and hospitality of the family running this place really made our trip memorable. They were always available to help, making us feel genuinely welcome. I would absolutely stay here again, not just for the fantastic accommodation, but for the amazing people who make it feel like home. Highly recommended!

Breakfast exceeded my expectations , food was very delicious. Rooms were spacy and good equipped.

It is 4 stars!! Rooms are huge, we had the junior suite due to free upgrade offered through booking.com. Huge spa in our room, stunning bathroom, balcony, room service, fantastic fresh breakfast. Beautiful, helpful hosts. You must stay here. Little bit of a walk to restaurants. Parking included and very safe behind a boom gate.

A recently renovated property, Relais Santa Lucia sul Mare, Napoli is set in Naples near Mappatella Beach, Castel dell'Ovo and Molo Beverello. The room was very clean and all the furnishings and fixtures were modern and high quality. Good location with access to different areas of the city. Nice neighborhood with several cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, good grocery store, etc in close proximity. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay there again.
