Every unit is fitted with a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while certain rooms have a terrace and some have mountain views. At the guest house, all units are allergy-free and soundproof. We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

The hotel grounds are immaculately maintained and lush with greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was a real treat — clean, inviting, and surrounded by greenery, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight: a generous and delicious spread featuring freshly baked croissants and seasonal local fruits. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host and the wonderful staff. They were incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for activities and even booking restaurants for us. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. We felt truly cared for, and we would absolutely return.

We are a couple with 2 kids had the most wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. The property is beautifully designed and incredibly peaceful, with a calming atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were simply breathtaking—you can see Mount Etna in the distance, surrounded by endless vineyards. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed, and really made our vacation better. We left already dreaming of coming back—this place is truly special. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

After using a swimming pool, you can put yourself to sauna and jacuzzi. Also there is a tennis court and table tennis with equipment, we enjoyed it so much!! The owner and workers are super kind and nice, always wanted to make us feel like at home. We only spent 2nights there but if we could, we would have loved to extend our stay 🫶🏻

The staff treated us like cherished friends from the moment we arrived, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Surrounded by nature's tranquility, the peaceful ambiance was a much-needed escape. The culinary experience was a highlight, with authentic Sicilian flavors that delighted our taste buds. The freshness of ingredients and expert preparation showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. In summary, our stay here was exceptional. The combination of attentive staff, a serene forest setting, and delectable Sicilian fare earns this hotel a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

At the bed and breakfast, units include bed linen and towels. Great location away from tourist crowds with very nice outdoor garden and pool areas. Though there is apparently a nearby bus stop, having a car was helpful, on-site free parking is provided with a security gate. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable with good breakfast. The best part was the lovely proprietors Giovanni and Tia, who were super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and other activities and a real pleasure to chat with! Highly recommend staying at Villa Gloria.
