Located 2 km from Lake Trasimeno, I Capricci Di Merion is an Art Nouveau building in the Umbrian countryside. It offers a traditional restaurant, country-style rooms, an outdoor pool with a hydromassage corner and lake views and an indoor pool with transparent walls with olive grove view, equipped with a waterfall, hydromassage and chill-out corner. Beautiful and convenient setting. Excellent restaurant with amazing local options. Great selection of wine and the spa services and indoor pool was incredible.

Locanda Poggioleone is in Pozzuolo, a 10-minute drive from Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno. It is immersed in nature and offers a garden and an outdoor pool with hot tub.

Poggioleone’s rooms are all air conditioned and feature an LCD satellite TV, minibar and wooden ceiling beams. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the hotel's public areas. Great bank for your buck. The property is lovely and well taken care off. Restaurant serves delicious pasta and the staff and very hospitable and helpful. We rented an electric car and even though their tower was down for that weekend, they went above and beyond to make sure we charged. We stayed for a wedding at a nearby villa and this was a perfect location, only 2 minutes away.

We are already missing this lovely well acquainted villa which is surrounded by complete nature. It is truly a unique and versatile place where rest, relaxation, inspiration and enjoyment are central. A hidden gem which is an ideal place for a luxurious stay out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was very easy to get along to different places along Umbria and nearby towns in Tuscany as well. We really enjoyed the SPA facilities. Great breakfast and dinner at their very own restaurant. Last but not least, the staff are really friendly, helpful and hospitable especially Alessio, Giorgia and Chiara ♥️ Thank you for making it a memorable experience. Arrivederci!

Very nice surroundings and apartment. Everything was just perfect and the host was very kind and flexible. Would definitely reccomend!

This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.
