It was a joy to wake up and take coffee on the balcony and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from here too. The bed linen and towels were top-notch and the apartment was immaculately clean. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We would have no hesitation in booking here again if we were to re-visit Follonica. One minor drawback was the residents' garage; we found it nigh-impossible to steer our hire car into it! But there is street parking available and we always found somewhere outside to park (in October). In short, we loved it!

The rooms were beautiful with beautiful paintings and everything was antique. The bed was super comfortable and I just loved the bathroom. Huge bathtub and a very high tech shower that actually turns into a steam room! This stay was the best part of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and even the dishes were so nice. Max was really nice and let us hang out in the dining room area until are train ride after check out. Definitely will be staying here again, can’t wait !

Beautifully designed hotel right on the beach. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food very good and head waiter Cesare has an extensive knowledge of Italian wine.
