Assurez vous d’apprendre quelques mots d’italien ou utiliser Google translater pour mieux communiquer, mais pour nous cela n’a causé aucun problème. Nous étions à 25 minutes de bus de Naples.

Extremely comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, shower was superb. The location was very manageable by foot and close to everything you would want to see. The host went out of his way to assist me with transporting my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The owner and the front desk team was incredibly friendly and efficient, and they provided excellent recommendations. Also, the staff in charge of cleaning and restaurant & bar are very kind and service minded. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like specific amenities for our little boy. The hotel has also a rooftop bar (open from March to October) and in-house dining options in its own restaurant. Fast Wi-Fi and lot of TV channels. The location was ideal—close to the center of Bacoli, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a long day. The hotel disposes of a private, spacious parking, there is no need to look for free parking spaces around the hotel. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area of Bacoli.

Restaurant is busy and obviously well respected, with very nice food. Highly recommend!

A perfect base for exploring the area. Everything was spotlessly clean, all the tech worked perfectly including the jacuzzi. Beautiful home made cakes and lovely friendly welcome by Emanuela. Really magnificent and we can't wait to go back.

As soon as we saw the view from our room (and from the whole property) we were magnetized by it and fully arrived on our relaxing holiday. The balcony was wonderful and so was the pool (perfect water temperature!) and the whole lush, botanical surroundings. The public spaces of the hotel were traditionally decorated and it was always quiet and very inviting. The hotel has an extremely homely feel to it, we felt completely relaxed at all times thanks to the ambience of the place. The host and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good.

And let's not forget about Chiro, the adorable and protective canine companion. His presence added an extra touch of charm and security to our stay. We highly recommend Masseria for anyone seeking a truly exceptional and memorable experience. While I understand the frustration of poor Wi-Fi connection from other guests reviews, it's unfair to penalize a location solely for this issue. The area itself simply has weak Wi-Fi coverage, which isn't something that can be easily resolved. It's a shame to let a technological inconvenience overshadow the beauty and tranquility of this location. If you're looking to truly disconnect and immerse yourself in nature, perhaps it's best to leave your devices behind and enjoy the moment.
