The restaurant was really good and breakfast had everything we needed.

Alessandra was a very nice and friendly host - she helped us with our questions regarding public transportation and even made a few calls to the lighthouse for us! Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and if you are too lazy for that you can relax in the pretty garden! The house is close to the railway (like it says in the description), but there are way fewer trains at night and we were provided with earplugs - so sleeping was not a problem at all!

Our apartment was in a prime location in Trieste. only 15 minutes from the train station and just next to the Piazza Unità d'Italia. There was a huge choice of Restaurants and bars, with 2 just outside our building. Loved the atmosphere and loved the people. Our hosts, Diana and Giovanni were absolutely delightful. They visited us shortly after we arrived, offering any assistance that we needed. Diana booked a hair appointment for me, where I had the most awesome experience. there were many celebrations and performances while we were there, with the Papa Francesca (Pope Frances) visiting on the Sunday. Felt very blessed. During a stay we wished to visit Cittanova d'Istria (Novigrad - Croatia) for personal reasons. Diana enthusiastically offered to take us. We had a lovely day with Diana and her gorgeous daughter Sofie visiting Cittanova d' Istria. Trieste is such a lovely place to visit. Highly, highly highly recommend the San Nicolo Suites. Offering a garden and garden view, Al bosco incantato is set in Trieste, 3.7 km from Trieste Train Station and 3.8 km from Piazza Unità d'Italia. It is located 4 km from San Giusto Castle and provides room service. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi and family rooms. We admired the cosy, clean and wonderful good smelling accommodation. The hosts are so pet friendly and their dog Micky is a big sweat heart.

You will find luggage storage space at the property. I recommend staying here to anyone looking for a very clean home with a lot of character. There's plenty of parking space in the private courtyard and a key-operated gate which gave me an extra feeling of security. The area is situated on a hill and is rather residential so you can get the feeling of living like a local in Trieste. The amenities are perfectly clean and very comfortable. Downtown is accessible in a few minutes by car, and so is the highway. The host Francesca is very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome right away. If I happen to travel to Trieste I would like to stay here again.
