This was my family and I first visit to Jamaica. Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place. Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver. When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

Situé à la sortie d'Ocho Rios sur la côte nord de la Jamaïque, l'hôtel Couples Sans Souci possède sa propre plage privée. What a lovely place - we loved it and are looking forward to going back! Food was lovely, staff outstanding (especially the singing omelette chef at breakfast, who is an absolute star!) and we really enjoyed everything about the place.

The manager Carlos (11/10) went above and beyond to help me solve a situation that could have been a disaster. I'm very thankful!
