Everything, the room, facility, onsen, restaurant, food, services were exceptional. Our room was on the 6th floor, facing mount Fuji. We woke up watching the sunrise behind the mountain. Pink sky. Super lovely! There's an in room bath tub where you can bath and soak in Mr Fuji full-on. The hotel has all these little perks that shows their attention to details, how much they care for their guests well-being like free 'probiotic drink' in the morning (as much as you want to drink), ice popsicles (various flavors) for the afternoon until late night. Free ramen at 10pm, just in case you feel hungry. And of course, superb onsen facility!

Konanso offers indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, a private-use bath (charges apply), and a foot bath on the rooftop. Relaxing massage services can be arranged. Other facilities include karaoke rooms and a lounge bar. A souvenir shop can be found on the ground floor. We had a fantastic time at Konsano. The private Onsen and dinner in our room were some of the highlights of our trip and they were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, special mention to our room clerk Etsuko who made us tea on arrival and served our meal. We were lucky enough to see Mt Fuji on our first day, and the rooftop footbath was much needed after all our exploring!

The interior design of the outer bar was great & cozy, staff was friendly & helpful, we also try the public onsen & sauna also rent bicycle all day, which was great experience, so far this hotel is one of the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed

Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lounge. Spending time in this place was so amazing and comfortable. We rented the yukatas with my friend, so we felt like we were in some historical movie. The onsen was so private and cozy. It was one of the best places we've been in Japan. Also, there was a yummy place with the grilled meat near the hostel.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. Ken san and Yuki san were delightful. The property was very clean and comfortable. They renovated the inn themselves and you can see care and attention in every detail from materials used to decor. The food was delicious and much of it was grown (rice) or made (plum wine) by Ken or Yuki. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and side trips. They ensured we were prepared with all the details required to ensure we had successful adventures. We are so lucky to have we picked the Sakonomichi. It was sugoi!!!
