We have enjoyed wonderful balcony and window view of Mt. Fuji, extremely comfortable bath (including indoor and outdoor; public and private), late night delicious Ramen, as well as great wine with a nice price. This is definitely the hotel we would stay as if we were come back to here!

Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

Near Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji. Fabulous zen like modern place. Wood furnishings and even a heated floor for the cooler days and nights. Excellent heating system. Rain shower. Private deep ofuro - Japanese style bath tub in your own outdoor walled off courtyard with seating are looking out on your private garden. We stayed in a Mt room (Mt. 6) but I think all the mountainside rooms would be similar. Amenities include pajamas, lounge wear, Uniqlo warm insulated rain coats (when it’s cold), rubber clogs (like crocs) to wear outside. In room modern coffee grinder and kettle. Amazing and full breakfast brought to your room. This place has its own winery. Very peaceful and relaxing here even if Mt Fuji view areas are crowded with tour buses. We highly recommend.

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the luxury tent, units have bed linen and towels. Location was away from the downtown area and was a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus station that takes you around Kawaguchiko. I liked how clean the common areas, bathroom and sleeping areas were. The dome was surprisingly very warm and cozy when temps drop at night. If you're planning to use the kitchen area, be prepared to buy groceries (about a 15-20 minute commute by bus to Ogino).

An oven, a microwave and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the villa complex, units have bed linen and towels. The location was easily navigated by google map and close to the Main Street which takes 5-10min drive to supermarket and convenience store nearby, and about 10-15 min drive to local restaurants. Not too close to lake kawaguchiko tourist area ( i wasn’t the one driving but it felt like a 20-30min ride) and the outdoor living space and neighborhood was quiet.

There is a private bathroom with bath in all units, along with a hair dryer and free toiletries. The units have a dressing room. It was a large house, updated, very clean and comfortable! The views from the house were beautiful and peaceful!

The villa with a balcony and mountain views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We only stayed one night at this property while travelling through Japan, and honestly, that was the only regret—we wish we had stayed longer! Out of the five locations we visited, this was by far the best property we experienced. Everything was perfect: the location was excellent, the air conditioning was a dream (especially in the summer heat), and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—a rare find! What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked when it came to our needs, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Travelling with two teenagers can be a challenge, but even they agreed—this was the best place we stayed. That says it all! Thank you for making our short stay such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be recommending this property to friends and family, and we hope to return one day for a longer visit!
