The whole Riad is like a palace. It's an impressive building. The owners went above and beyond to help us. We really loved our stay here and this was the best place we stayed at in Morocco.

From start to finish we were looked after with great attention to detail - our transfer from Meknès was arranged with no fuss and we enjoyed a tour of the hotel and wine cellar with Mahdi - who was very informative and helpful with all my questions. Mahdi also arranged a wine tasting for us on the terrace which was superb. We loved the wine and I particularly enjoyed the new CR Gin. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team, led by Jawad, who made sure we had everything we needed. The venue is beyond beautiful and very peaceful and our room was decorated wonderfully (especially the wine barrel bath!). I would highly recommend this hotel and the whole wine experience.

I did not enjoy anything in the city as much as I enjoyed the breakfast in this riad. The location is great, it is very clean, nice and sweet place. Apparently it has been renovated recently and it is in very good condition. We also loved to watch the sunset on the terrace.

Each of the Zaki’s rooms and suites is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi. Each also has a balcony, overlooking the garden. We had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun. The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved. Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.
