The staff was very cooperative and professional , the location is just walking distance approx 1 Km from main Kotor town , the walking path goes from back side of the hotel which is with very beautiful view of sea ju , there are good restaurant nearby we liked Tiha NOC restaurant which is approx 100 meter from the restaurant.

The freshly baked cup cakes in the morning, the good advices she gave us what to do and see in Kotor and its surroundings, the nice talks in the eveninings we had I will remember for a very, very long time. After all it's not only the great view, the location of the villa and the nice and clean rooms and swimming pool but the people inside it (also Vidak with his charming, big smile) who make your stay unforgettable. Thank you once again! We know where to stay again next time in Kotor. :) I am already missing it so much.

Gorgeous apartments with all of the facilities that you need for a very comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi area were great with great views across Kotor bay. The staff were so accommodating- could take do enough for you and even arranged a wonderful boat trip around the bay on the day of arrival. The service was fantastic and location great within 20 minutes walk of the old town. We will most certainly come back!

Breakfast was perfect and the room was very nice and cosy. The pier with beach chairs has its own vibe, you can jump to the sea from it or use the ladder. The sea was fantastic. And it takes just 10 minutes driving to the Kotor city centre car parks
