It is own by a nice family very friendly and kind of you need anything they are here for you, from cheap taxi ride around the city and to other city and for recommendations as well. The room is big and you can cook if you want and do laundry as well. Very recommended place to stay in Tivqt only 10 min from the airport and 25 from kotor if you want to visit for a day.

Owners Duško and Sonja were extremely welcoming hosts to our families (6 adults, 2 kids), and to great care to make sure we were comfortable, enjoyed our vacation, and were well fed with delicious breakfasts. The house was renovated to perfection with wonderful air conditioning to rest from the 40 degree summer heat, and the views of the bay, sunsets, and stars from the balcony and pool were magnificent. I especially enjoyed booking a boat trip for the 8 of us with Duško, for a private tour around the Bay. My Lithuanian in-laws, who usually don’t critique anything as better than “fine”, said they felt like millionaires, looking out from their room and private balcony.

Situated within 300 metres of Krašići Beach and 14 km of Kotor Clock Tower, Boka Apartments provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tivat. This apartment features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The apartment has family rooms. It was a nice little apartment on the quieter side of the bay. It was clean and had everything you need. We were so glad to have air conditioning also.
