The water village is incredible. The waters and all life sea are magic. Excellent place for snorkling. The staff member Amine was super helpful and helped us with everything. Every day he gave us several suggestions for activities and events.

L'établissement Royal Island Resort & Spa se trouve dans l'atoll de Baa aux Maldives. I've been to over 50 countries and have stayed in amazing places but I can't think of anything that surpasses the experience of a vacation at Royal Island Resort. It was truly magical, a paradise. I had high hopes but it exceeded all of my expectations. The island itself is perfect, with beautiful beaches, warm water, interesting wildlife, and beautiful trees and flowers. The cabins are comfortable and I loved the outdoor (yet private) showers. There are plenty of activities to choose from but I was totally happy just being in the water and hanging out on the beach. The all-inclusive buffet restaurant provided a variety of delicious food that I never got tired of. And I had the best massage of my life at the spa. All that said, perhaps the thing that I'll remember the most are the people. The service cannot be better -- everyone was so welcoming, so kind, so friendly. This is truly a 5-star resort in all aspects and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have visited. I'll return as soon as I can.
