The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

The apartments at Riviera Maya feature fully equipped kitchens with dinnerware and cooking utensils. There is also a laundry room that offers a washer and dryer. After a busy day, guests can relax on their private balcony in the hammock. Perfect location, great staff, villa was well equipped, perfect for our family.

Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

He was super responsive too when needed (through the booking app and whatsapp) Location is a little bit hidden (3 streets from the Chedraui // main street & about 3km from downtown) taxi was around 100 pesos to get to the city center /ferry Moto taxis are cheaper and very comfortable too Highly recommend it

Everything was top notch! Super luxurious Amazing service and the spa experience was WAW! I was so scared about food and beverage as i have a sensitive stomach but the variety is super and i ate and drank everything even ice it was the best experience

Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub. The whole resort is very special and built around an amazing cenote. The room was stunning and very modern. The service was outstanding and we really loved the small details like small ice creams/fruits for free when relaxing at the cenote.

This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.
