We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

L’établissement Casa Cielito Lindo Cozumel se situe à Cozumel, à 35 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Faro Celarain. Il possède une piscine extérieure, un jardin et un parking privé gratuit. Tout été parfait. La chambre , la piscine, le jacuzzi Josua, l’hôte est super. Il donne des supers conseils notamment la plongée superbe avec Adolfo. Nous reviendrons!

L’établissement Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive Adults Only se situe à Cancún, à 17 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Gare routière de Cancún. Everything was top notch! Super luxurious Amazing service and the spa experience was WAW! I was so scared about food and beverage as i have a sensitive stomach but the variety is super and i ate and drank everything even ice it was the best experience

L’établissement Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club vous accueille à Tulum, à quelques pas de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage Sud de Tulum. We had a great stay at Shibari and enjoyed all the amenities and the wonderful cenote. We also tried the spa, which was a great experience. The hotel is not on the beach but it is a two-minute walk from some very nice beach clubs. Definitely also recommend spending time by the cenote. There is a live dj on some days and that was also a great addition (not too loud). All the staff were lovely but I want to mention Diego at the concierge desk in particular, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The only minus is something that was mentioned by others and that I had rolled my eyes at when reading the reviews but was actually quite annoyed by when we were there, and that is the compulsory service charge at breakfast. It’s a small thing but somehow dampened our experience.

It’s a serene place with Great service and several programs like Yoga, Pilate etc. staff is extremely good. Special mention to Ara and Jay at the front desk. Not to forget Daniele at the Bar.

Our favourite place in Chetumal, so stylish, comfortable, great location. Impeccably equipped kitchen, actual bathtub. I hesitate to say more for fear it will get too booked up.
