Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Great starting point for Hobbiton with fabulous grounds and an idyllic breakfast. Comfortable rooms and real pillows (!) with views out of all sides.

The apartment offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We booked Fairway Cottage for just one night, but as soon as we arrived, it felt like home. The cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities made it so easy to settle in. We ended up extending our stay for another day because we simply didn’t want to leave! The location is also very convenient, with easy access to many of Rotorua's top attractions. And also owner of the property is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. It’s truly an amazing place, offering both comfort and charm. The value for money is exceptional, a must-stay if you’re tripping in Rotorua!

Located in Tauranga, Palm Paradise with Spa is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.6 km from Papamoa Beach and 12 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. A hot tub is available for guests. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The house was beautiful and big. Was very clean definitely recommend this place 100%.

Featuring an outdoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub, Ohope Villas with Spa, Sauna,Pool, Adults Only is located in Ohope Beach, 300 metres from Ohope Beach. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a balcony. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Frank was an excellent host. We really appreciated the breakfast provisions of eggs, bacon, yogurt and more. The villa has all the conveniences and a well designed bathroom and excellent shower.

Situated in Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty region, McLaren Lake View features accommodation with access to a hot tub. The property has lake and river views, and is 26 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We loved the quiet space it provided. So relaxing and tranquil. With amazing scenery. The hosts were so amazing and welcoming!! We wish we had stayed longer. Will be back again for sure.

Particularly appreciated the heated spa on a very chilly night. Heating within the unit was great as well. And lovely soft and fluffy towels.
