We were able to check in early which enabled us to drop our suitcases off before returning our motorhome, which was great. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. The staff were very helpful, even in the middle of the night. To top it all off, we had to get to the airport at 4 a.m. and the hotel has a complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle available. Fantastic place to stay!

The view was so beautiful and was just a peaceful, relaxing stay cation away from home for my partner and I :) and getting the breakfast delivered to the room was just another level of service I’ve never experienced at other places!

She was up early to prepare our delicious breakfast in spite of the fact that we had a late arrival the night before when she had waited up for us. Her home was beautiful and immaculate, and every detail had been thought of. If you have an opportunity to stay here, take it! You will not be disappointed.

One of our favourite stays on a 3 week trip around the South Island! If anything the photos don’t do it justice. Peaceful and private with plenty of space and beautifully clean. We loved having BBQs on the terrace. The master bedroom was exquisite with a view onto the patio and the outdoor bath surrounded by fragrant lupins. The upstairs bedrooms were kept nicely cool by fans in the hot weather we were lucky to have. We all slept brilliantly in the big comfy beds. Laundry facilities were an added bonus for us, neatly tucked away behind sliding doors in the master - very convenient.

Bel aménagement extérieur mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car nous sommes arrivés le soir.

After 2 weeks driving around South Island and a beautiful drive through Arthur's Pass, this was the perfect place to stay before flying out to Australia. The airport was only an hour's drive away. We were so pleasantly surprised to have such spacious accommodation. One bedroom, a nice living and dining area and a roomy kitchen with all the utensils you could want! It would be a lovely place to stay in for a week or more. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We highly recommend it. We were in Unit 1, the Standard Motel Unit, which is part of a converted home.
