Rania, the manager, was incredibly helpful, as were Mona and Ibrahim, who checked us in and out seamlessly. We also used the hotel car service, and Rajia, our driver, was excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience.

The staff exhibited an admirable attitude, consistently demonstrating friendliness and a willingness to help. I had a lovely stay at the Ritz Riyadh. I wanted to especially thank Khawlah at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality, Aseel for an amazing tour of the property, and Jory for her friendliness at breakfast. The property is stately and huge in size, but the best part was the friendliness of the staff.
