Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

This 5-star aparthotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. The aparthotel also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. I stayed for 18 days in a Studio Premier (King Bed-43 sqm). The studio was comfortable & clean. The studio was well equipped with Miele washer/dryer & bath tub and shower. Breakfast included, continental option only.  The breakfast room was in a spacious surrounding within lush greenery.  You can takeaway breakfast items to munch later on (food carrier provided in your kitchen).  Mr. Ram from reception was super helpful and sweet.  My stay was a pleasant experience, and I recommend Fraser Residence Singapore to others. The accommodation has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area. There is also a kitchen fitted with a convection oven and microwave. There is a private bathroom with a bath in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered. Very suitable for family traveller. The accommodation made you feel at home. 3 bed rooms with 2 showers are just perfect for family of 3 little kids + a maid. With cloth washing and dryer in the room, no need to worry if kids make a mess during the trip. In walking distance there is the Great World Mall which has two supermarkets and various restaurant (some even come with kids playground!) Also you can access metro with ease and if you need taxi, front desk can always help you to get one and ensure you can pay with card. The swimming pool and kids play ground also give parents a chance to rest a bit as the kids can play in these places for hours. :)

Only 200 metres from Somerset MRT Station and 313 Shopping Mall, it features a rooftop outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness centre. Spacious well equipped apartments. Very comfortable beds. Great location close to shopping, supermarkets and MRT. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem. I highly recommend.
