The property has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, hot tub and garden. it was good. but menu was too repeated. but quality was nice. especially, kindness of all staff was awsome even, they found my phone lost at taxi.

We just spent two nights at The Old City Rooms in the heart of Chiang Mai, and we couldn't have been happier with this place. The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

Office staff are more than happy to help with anything at all. Our room was upgraded free of charge and even a large bag of gifts received on arrival! I used the facilities daily, the gym,pool and steam room it was never crowded. Couldn’t have asked for more from this property, all photos on website are true.

It's a gorgeous hotel in the mountains, perfect for those who want to disconnect. The onsen in the balcony of the room was great, the food at the restaurant was of very good quality and for a reasonable price. The onsen was great.
