I had a spacious room with a balcony offering a nice view over Sfax and the Mediterranean. A plate with different pieces of fruit was put on the desk which was a very nice welcoming gift.

I liked everything, spacious and clean rooms. The restaurant staff is very kind and always smiling, very good food, delicious breakfast.

Excellent bedroom with a comfortable bed. Convenient underground parking (cramped though and seems not to have many spaces so best to request a space in advance). Arrive at the hotel at any time even after midnight. The roof terrace is probably great but it was closed when I arrived. Breakfast options are varied and what I picked was good.

Great stay in Sfax! I liked the room, very spacious and the bathroom and shower very nice. They let me park the motorcycle in a secure place.

This is a real 5* hotel unlike other hotels that say they are 5*. We were welcomed with an arrival drink and made to feel at ease by the staff. Our room was spacious and modern. I loved the lotions and creams provided in the bathroom. The spa bath was fantastic too! We didn't try any food but the rooftop bar and swimming pool were great. Best room I've stayed in over 40 countries I've visited.
